Abby Aponas is a Functional Medicine Registered Nurse dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

From early in her nursing journey, Abby has been passionate about supporting overall health and wellness by treating the whole person rather than focusing solely on disease processes.

She graduated in 2023 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and is currently pursuing her graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Simmons University.

Abby has spent the past three years working in pediatrics at both the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Boston Children’s Hospital, where she has cared for a wide range of patients and families.

Through her clinical experience, Abby has developed a deep appreciation for how lifestyle, environment, and nutrition play a critical role in long-term health.

She believes in identifying and addressing the root causes of illness and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal well-being through a holistic, functional medicine approach. Abby is excited to continue expanding her knowledge in functional medicine and to empower patients to take an active role in their healing journey
